Description

RealTechNetwork was formed in early 2004. As of mid-August, they are noting that they are serving over 30 million impressions on average per month. They offer Geo-targeting at no extra charge or programming. They also claim to offer Real-time statistics are available at no extra charge. They make a point of not charging fees that several other networks provide (e.g., ad serving, PayPal, bad debit, check processing).
