Hosting Matters	We've been with them for roughly 3 years now, so we have to include a link to Hosting Matters. Support is outstanding, uptime has been excellent (except for when they were affected by DDoS attacks in later '03 - not uncommon for hosting companies with a large number of servers). A very active online forum really provides an almost immediate support system for many issues. They are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive. We think they provide excellent service for the price.
